Il Piano Cultura Futuro Urbano è un progetto del MIBAC che nasce per promuovere iniziative culturali nelle periferie delle città metropolitane di tutta Italia con l’obiettivo di migliorare la qualità della vita dell’intera collettività urbana, donando nuova personalità a scuole, biblioteche e opere pubbliche rimaste incompiute.
Nell’ambito di Scuola attiva la cultura sono stati finanziati 71 progetti in tutta Italia di cui ben due ad Ostia e al 25° posto nella graduatoria del 5 Agosto 2019 il Progetto “Riqualificare il litorale Romano attraverso la scuola” Ente proponente Liceo Scientifico Antonio Labriola che prevedere 21 laboratori, una Rassegna di Musica e Poesia, un Musical, uno spettacolo Teatrale “L’Onda”, e incontri intergenerazionali disseminati sul territorio.
